All captains carry a USCG Master License and all mates are also certified. All members of the team are Red Cross certified for first aid and car.
Parasail Low Tide’s team has extensive training on the water and in the air. You will be flying with the best!

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minute prior to departure. If you are late, there is a possibility the Parasail Low Tide’s boat will depart without you and you will be charged as a “no show”.

Please dress for the weather. Parasail Low Tide recommends you to bring sunscreen (no spray on the boat) and it’s always a good idea to bring a towel!

Yes, it is encouraged because Parasail Low Tide’s guides work for and appreciate tips. If you had a great time, the customary gratuity is 20% of your booking total!

Parasail Low Tide’s Cancellation Policy:
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given for any other reason. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
